help how to lock local C: and D: ?

hello fellow symbianizers, is there any way to lock local files except bitlocker? ung tipong everytime you open local files mag mag aappear na magask password.
Hindi ako magaling sa computer sir, pero yung kaibigan ko meron natutunan sa linux at iba pa. Sabi niya True crypt gamit niya, kaso nagsara nayung support yata. kasi open source yan,dinig ko rin sa kanya may kaso sa ibang bansa regarding pornography na ayaw ma buksan nang authoridad gamit ang iyan. Yun sabi niya kasi palagi siyang nakaharap sa pc, ako hindi eh.
